@sinnykumari - had you done some investigation into why the vagrant image builds were failing?
haven't digged much into vagrant failure, but this specific issue would also be related to recent move to Python3 packages for oz and imagefactory on koji imagebuilders. Some detail of error message in https://pagure.io/dusty/failed-composes/issue/1991#comment-576600 .
Can look at it next week or before that if I get some time. Meanwhile it will be great if you or someone can look at it :)
