hmmm on the aarch64 image build we see:

which was the http2 stuff coming back again. I know patrick just re-enabled it in the infra, but I though we had it disabled in the ostree version in our repos. I imagine this is because we don't have a new enough version of ostree tagged into the right tag so that the anaconda environment will pick it up.
