This was likely due to @pingou restarting httpd on pagure.io around that time to help fix a load issue. ;(
I used only reload httpd which, it is my understanding, doesn't break connection. Is that wrong?

Does that correspond to this error? If not then it's likely something else :(
It was at 12:30ish UTC... so that indeed wasn't it.
I guess it could have been a network issue between PHX2 and ibiblio, or ibiblio to osuosl.
Not sure we have any way to tell much more... shall we just close this and hope it never happens again?
