There should be a man page for server configuration (e.g. pki-server-config). This page may refer to other more specific configuration pages (e.g. pki-server-tps-config, pki-server-tps-connector-config).
This page should be mentioned in or linked from the UI, the CLI, and the configuration files.

Should do this, as we perform man-page scans.
