The current tables in TPS UI have fixed lengths, so when the browser window is resized it could leave a lot of unused blank spaces.
Proposed solution: The tables should automatically resize to occupy the maximum space when the browser window is resized. The number of rows itself may still be fixed to a larger number (e.g. 100) but the table will be scrollable if there is not enough space to show all rows.
Per meeting of 4/9/2014.
