Some REST methods are defined using explicit list of parameters:
public Response findUsers( @QueryParam("filter") String filter, @QueryParam("start") String start, @QueryParam("size") String size);
If a new parameter is added, the method signature will have to change.
If possible, it would be better to use a request object and pass the query parameters as fields in that object:
public Response findUsers(FindUserRequest request);
