Per 10.5.x/10.6 Triage: FUTURE

mharmsen: low priority issue

The -V flag has been removed in 10.9: https://github.com/dogtagpki/pki/pull/323

Closing this as WONTFIX as technically we decided to remove this flag rather than fixing it.
