The Dogtag Wiki should be changed to de-emphasize the RA's use of SCEP, and instead focus upon describing the proper use of SCEP by a CA.
Additionally, any SCEP references to the RHCS Documentation should be addressed after Bugzilla Bug #1069978 - [DOC] Update documentation to emphasize CA's use of SCEP rather than RA's use of SCEP has been resolved.
