There is no code in the RA Web UI pages to import certificate directly into Microsoft Windows store when using Certenroll with Internet Explorer (https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/pki.git/tree/base/ra/apache/docroot/ee/request/getcert.vm).
One can find some sample to do this with JavaScript at : http://blogs.msdn.com/b/alejacma/archive/2009/01/28/how-to-create-a-certificate-request-with-certenroll-javascript.aspx
When not using Certenroll, one must download the certificate file (which has no extension by default, by the way) and import it into Windows store using certmgr.msc snap-in manually.
It would be nice to make certificate importation with IE automatically using Certenroll.
