#54 Get jsr250-api into fedora

Maybe this is packaged with the jvm? If so, then we should be able to comment out the dependency and it should build just fine.

CDDL v.1 (ok for fedora, FSF free, not GPL compat)


This is packaged as geronimo-annotations. There is a bug to expose the relevant artifact in that maven build - but we also have a patch in the resteasy code to use geronimo annotations as the artifact id instead.
