Description of problem: pkidestroy of subca does not remove the client directory
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): pki-ca-10.5.9-7.el7_6.noarch
How reproducible: always
Steps to Reproduce: 1. pkidestroy a subca which has client directory set as /opt/pki-subca
Actual results: Instance is destroyed but client dir still exists
Expected results: client dir should be removed when the instance is destroyed
