The Debian specific parts in base/server/scripts/operations need several changes to fix issues: - cve-2016-1240 in the parts copied from tomcat initscript - changes some hardcoded paths/variables to platform specific values - doesn't let the instance startup to return before it's serving content - fix tomcat env variables - use bash just in case
