TPS UI: Allow to select users from a list of existing users to add to a group
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an existing group using TPS UI as Admin user 2. Add a user to the group
Actual results:
Username has to be manually typed in and successfully adds a non-existing user
Expected results:
Should be able to select from a list of existing users
