The KRA subsystem keeps deleted entries around in ou=keyRepository,ou=kra,o=kra,o=ipaca. Deleted keys are marked as status = inactive. For IPA Vault the KRA subsystem should either have an option to removed deleted entries immediately or some sort of background task that cleans up deleted entries after a period of time.
