#2535 Deprecated PosixParser
Closed: migrated 3 years ago by dmoluguw. Opened 7 years ago by edewata.

The PosixParser has been deprecated and replaced with DefaultParser.

See https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-cli/apidocs/org/apache/commons/cli/PosixParser.html.

Fixed in master:

  • f9ddb2e875355e882b14529979f6c9ae03cf720e

The patch has been reverted due to build issue on RHEL/CentOS:

  • 626a4a4b25e374bbcf83984ff10239c15bba5a47

Apparently the apache-commons-cli is different on different platforms:

  • apache-commons-cli-1.2-13.el7.noarch
  • apache-commons-cli-1.3.1-4.fc25.noarch
