Installation logs like pki-ca-spawn.DATE.log just end with a debug message:
2016-11-01 13:39:58 pkispawn : INFO ....... cp -p /etc/sysconfig/pki/tomcat/pki-tomcat/ca/manifest /var/log/pki/pki-tomcat/ca/archive/spawn_manifest.20161101133859 2016-11-01 13:39:58 pkispawn : DEBUG ........... chmod 660 /var/log/pki/pki-tomcat/ca/archive/spawn_manifest.20161101133859 2016-11-01 13:39:58 pkispawn : DEBUG ........... chown 17:17 /var/log/pki/pki-tomcat/ca/archive/spawn_manifest.20161101133859
It looks like the installer just stopped. The last line of each installation log should contain a clear indication that the installation was successful.
