pkispawn limits the admin user key generation to only be done on a short-lived internal nssdb as configured by pki_client_database_dir.
Possible solution could be adding an option for pki_client_database_dir and pki_client_token_name.
This is not a high priority for customer (but should be done for 10.4)

NOTE: The pki_client_database_dir does not have to be short-lived; during installation/configuration using a "myconfig.txt" configuration file, the following variable may be overwritten:
