Dogtag will not start when hostname is resolved to IPv6 link local address. It seems that it doesn't account for the scope identifier.
Steps to reproduce: (0. connect to machine via IPv6) 1.In /etc/hosts Remove : 127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4 2.delete ipv4 addresses 3.ipa-server-install
