While working on PKI TRAC Ticket #432 - Certificate nickname improvement', this parameter was changed from:
pki_cert_chain_nickname=caSigningCert External CA
to:
pki_cert_chain_nickname=CA Signing Certificate Chain for External CA
However, due to a concern that this change may cause a side-effect to FreeIPA, and it was very late in the release cycle, this change was backed out.
This ticket has been filed to correct this at a more appropriate time.

Since PKI TRAC Ticket #432 - Certificate nickname improvement was deferred to 10.4, deferring this associated ticket as well.
