Currently TPS uses TEMP_LOST state to identify tokens that have been suspended due to temporary loss (i.e. misplaced). It's probably better to rename the state to SUSPENDED so it can be used more generally for tokens that are suspended for various reasons, either unintentionally or intentionally.
Assuming there is no migration required, the change should be very minimal and should be done before release.
