Unable to remove users from UI after creating checkbox that prevent creating extra dialogs. User need to re-login to again delete data like tokens.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to remove user . 2. Click on "prevent this page from creating additional dialogs" 3. Next time when you try to delete tokens it wont get deleted.
Actual results:
Tokens id will not delete
Expected results:
tokens id should get deleted

Proposed solution: The browser dialog should be replaced with HTML-based dialog that cannot be disabled. The dialog should always be displayed to confirm the deletion.
