Format/enroll of smartcard password is prompted before username
Steps to Reproduce:
Format a smartcard using esc
Actual results:
Password is prompted before username
Expected results:
Username should be prompted before password
Per CS/DS meeting of 11/02/2015: 10.3
This one has already been fixed as a small fix to another ticket. This problem is no longer happening, thus closing.
