Currently the TKS code is messy and hard to maintain. I believe that effort should be made to simplify some of the code in pki-symkey, which is the heart of the TKS.
This should be done in concert with this ticket:
Merge pki-symkey into jss https://fedorahosted.org/pki/ticket/801
I believe that we can clean some things up inside of TKS before doing #801. Since TKS uses jni, we could possibly create some of the symkey classes in TKS/pki-symkey first in preparation of moving them out into JSS. Here we can as much or as little as we have time for.
