Currently the certificate chain can be retrieved in PKCS #7 format, either DER or PEM.
Many programs want to read certificate chains in a "sequence of PEM-encoded X.509 certificates" format (leaf certificate first). Add support for retrieving the certificate chain in this format.

We don't really need this on IPA side (we turn it onto list-of-pems within the IPA framework).
