Currently majority of admin and agent tasks require series of manual steps to accomplish, which is slow & error prone to execute, test, document, or review properly.
For example, changing server configuration requires stopping the server, adding/editing some parameters (without validation), and restarting the server again. Or, navigating through multiple pages in the UI, typing or copy & pasting the values to certain fields.
Many of these tasks can be reduced into one or just a few steps with CLI. This will ensure the tasks will be executed correctly. It will also reduce the amount of manual testings and documentations.

These pages are currently incomplete. It should be filled with the current manual steps and the proposed CLI to simplify the steps. Separate tickets will be needed to implement the CLI itself.
