Add a database upgrade script / capability for adding the required schema and objects for sub-CA to an existing instance.
Lightweight CA should be covered as a new feature on Idm side
Punting to FUTURE; we only (for now) support Lightweight CAs with FreeIPA so we will use FreeIPA upgrade scripts to add required schema. (entryDSN plugin is needed too, but it is already enabled for FreeIPA).
This approach has precedent in LDAP profiles.
