Stage 1: write installation servlet, putting common code into a static ConfigurationUtils? class. Stage 2: refactor the panels to use that Config Utils class, so that code is not duplicated. Stage 3: refactor calls made during installation and make them restful.
This includes calls to get security domain, update security domain and serial number ranges, get installation token, authenticate token, get config entries for cloning.
