Some pki man page descriptions shows unknown subject.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. # man -k pki | grep unknown
pki-server-instance (8) - (unknown subject)
pki-server-migrate (8) - (unknown subject)
pki-server-nuxwdog (8) - (unknown subject)
pki-server-subsystem (8) - (unknown subject)
pki-tps-connector (5) - (unknown subject)
pki-tps-profile (5)  - (unknown subject)

Actual results:

Description shows "unknown subject"
 Probably something missing from those affected man page files

Expected results:

Should display the corresponding man page description.
