TPS operations.allowedTransitions - none set - format of an uninitialized token fails
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set tps.operations.allowedTransitions= in TPS CS.cfg 2. Restart TPS service 3. Format an uninitialized token using ESC
Actual results:
Format fails
Expected results:
Format of uninitialized token should be successful
Closing as invalid, works as designed.
