TPS UI: No option to run selftest
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to TPS UI web page using admin certificate 2. Select Self tests
Actual results:
No run selftest option
Expected results:
Run selftest should be available
Per impromptu 10.2.6 meeting of 7/17/2015: 10.3
This requires:
