The (probably obsolete) script to do this in Perl was removed in ticket 1492. Needs to be added to pki-server
If this approach is taken instead of PKI TRAC Ticket #1234 - Rewrite 'pki-setup-proxy' in Python, completion of this ticket should include documentation added to the 'pki-server' man page explaining this feature.
