TPS UI: User cert information is not displayed for users in TPS
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to TPS UI as admin user 2. Click Users under Accounts tab
Actual results:
All the users under tps are listed but no information about the certs assigned to them
Expected results:
User cert information should be displayed along with the user information
Per CS/DS Meeting of 06/22/2015: 10.3
This requires implementing new UI pages to manage user certificates. The REST service already exists.
