This is a clone of ticket #915 for Dogtag 9.x.
The EBaseException should be modified to support "cause" exception chain. This will help troubleshooting various issues on 9.x. Without this fix, sometimes the only way to troubleshoot is to create a custom build that provides additional debugging message, which can be very time consuming.
