Some users are reporting a problem cloning 9.0 to 10.0 for IPA migration on CentOS. So far the problem cannot be reproduced with a fresh installation. Further investigation is needed.

To validate the security domain password, execute the following against the SD's database:
$ ldapsearch -x -D <CA admin DN> -w <CA admin password> -b "" -s base

Most likely it's an environment issue.
