Currently the ConfigurationUtil.isCertdbCloned() will only return a boolean value without identifying which certificate is missing or whether there is any error/exception, which makes it more difficult to troubleshoot.
The method should be changed into validateCertDBCloned() which will throw an exception when a certificate is missing and include the certificate nickname in the message. It should not catch other exceptions occurring in the method.
