The CS.cfg for all subsystems contains the following property:
auths.revocationChecking.<subsystem>=<subsystem>
The property doesn't seem to be used by CertUserDBAuthentication.java, so it probably can be removed from all subsystems.
An upgrade script would be needed to remove the property from existing installations.
