Since RHEL-4 is rapidly approaching end-of-life, the Dogtag Wiki and source tarballs need to be migrated off the old RHEL-4 system as was done for 389.

With this change, the new 'pki.fedoraproject.org' is now located "permanently" on the machine known as "pki.et3.redhat.com" (et3.redhat.com).
