Implement the ProfileClient API on the python side. Provide methods to list profiles, retrieve profile, modify the state of a profile, create a new profile, modify a profile and delete a profile.
Half way through currently. Checked in a patch which adds methods to list profiles, retrieve a profile and change status of a profile.
