We want to create a catalog for all the different kind of Fedora swag (stickers, t-shirts, etc.). It would be great to have all the design in one place. The idea already came up in this ticket - https://pagure.io/design/issue/612 We need a front-end / UX design for the look. Then a git repo will be set up. The git repo will generate that design using Antora. We will then populate the repo with official print-ready design files.
This project will be important once/if we update the Fedora logo. We can then use the catalog to understand what assets Fedora Ambassadors are using and update the designs.
There are going to be categories to sort out all the types of swag design. Categories: stickers, shirts, logos, media art, posters, collateral and others
We will also need a logo for this catalog. The logo should be in the style of Fedora infra app logos, eg. Pagure (https://pagure.io/theme/static/pagure-logo.png?version=5.5), Bodhi (https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/static/img/bodhi-logo.png) and Fedora Packages (https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/images/fedora_packages_logo.png).

I am pissed since a while about this and what mindshare is creating here, I did have with the person where it comes from a discussion about this at Flock Rochester, so thats several years back.
We do not want something an Ambassador can just grab and do and getting then something ugly out of, fail prints or wrong usage with the guidelines. That is why we always prevented such a "catalogue".
That this happens, the person where it comes from is a good example he did print shirts from our budget, which did break the guidelines and our @mattdm is just another example he is actual wearing a shirt and complaining that this would be a good example why we have to change our logo as it would not work blue on blue. But well who did design it? I have not seen a ticket for it ;)
You just can not do this, I can show you maybe 15 different variants of case badges, not whats on it but how its done, the material its printed on.
I really fear if we do such catalogues, there will be some Ambassadors think just to grab it and go with it to a printer and then a messup is done.
@gnokii the design ticket isn't the place to contest this project. can we bring this up in the mindshare system? https://pagure.io/mindshare/issues
I will also say - I personally think this can only improve things, because as it is right now there is a ton of grab-and-go or worse DIY design that comes out extremely poorly. I have wanted such a catalog for years.

So, I designed the logo for FSDC. Here's how it looks and a little overview of how it goes with the other Fedora infra app logos. @duffy what do you think? Also, I unblocked this ticket as my summer internship has started.

@duffy here's what I have so far. I created the first page of the catalogue. There are icons for all the different categories and a little 'about' section.
