  • Who is the packager responsible for checking in the artwork? (irc nick, email address, fas account name.)

No packaging needed.
Please upload files to this wiki page:

Some of these docs have been updated to the wiki page, but I'm still working out some kinks that occurred in exporting to PDFs in Scribus; those should be up soon though!

Mary, the design looks great, however, I noticed a couple small issues.

I believe the line saying "package set can occupy over 10 GB of hard drive space." should be immediately underneath the MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS line, instead of having the extra blank line that appears to be there.

Also, in the legal text about the source being available, please change the two instances where it says Fedora 24 to say Fedora 25.

Thanks!

Per Fedora Infrastructure, please change the URL to obtain the source to:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/25/Everything/source/

The changes to the URL are:
change from http to https
change from 24 to 25

Thanks for the feedback! I'm attaching a revised version of the disk label (with colors more easily able to print in Pantone) as well as the updates mentioned above to the disk sleeve. Here they are:

Hi, would it be possible to adjust the size for the EMEA vendor? See:
http://dsg.cz/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/karton.pdf

We will also need artwork for the discs:
http://dsg.cz/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lisovane_medium.pdf

See how it was done last time:
https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/ticket/460

Mary, please fix the sleeves, the line under Red Hat's address should say source for Fedora 25

Also, I can't seem to open the .sla file for the labels in Scribus. Can you please export a pdf file?

Attaching source sla.gz file + Pantone PDF with all disc label variations.

Mary, I made some mods to the disc label - I use the svn version of Scribus so I'm not sure if it was rendering as intended, but there were colored bubbles on the disc that I don't think would have printed correctly in the screen printing process, so I removed them. I also cleaned up the colors palette (there were some RGB and gradients in there), and had to ungroup the fedora logo and the 25 so they exported correctly into the PDF (may be a bug in the version I'm using.) I hope this was ok to do. Just jumping in since time is short.

Here's the updated sleeve artwork. Updated bg to ~300dpi. Jiri, I'll next look at scaling this for .cz; this uses the standard template from Alexander.

Hi Jiri, unless I'm missing something, the sleeve PDF above conforms to the template you sent. Attaching a PDF showing it as an at-scale overlay so you can see there's plenty of bleed for it.

Thanks for jumping in on these! Apologies for making things a little down to the wire on these designs... network at my school has been really unreliable so it's been a little hard to post updates/ communicate quickly! They look great :)

This is done and off to the printers... for North America we used MerchHero.com and Nick Bebout handled the ordering. Not sure about other regions. If there are any issues please feel free to reopen.
