#418 Update Stack Exchange Community Promtion Ads for 2016

See https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/ticket/347. I want to do this again, but the format has changed slightly. Now needs to be

600×500 pixels (up from 220 x 250, and a different aspect ratio!)
under 40k (down from 150k, but we were under that anyway)
Needs a 1px border anywhere the edge is white (or avoid white edges)

(Could also be 300×250 if we can't hit the size limit at 600×500.)

I'd like updates for all the ones we have previously

the Cloud/Server/Workstation ones in https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/ticket/347
the Fedora Magazine one https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/ticket/324 (could use a new slogan? check with Ryan Lerch, I think)
the basic Fedora one https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/ticket/306
and, a new Fedora Atomic Host one in the style of Cloud/Server/Workstation. (Mizmo has artwork for this).

I think the intention is to make it stand out as an advertisement in the site design. Border must be "non white". I've asked for clarification on what exactly that means. (Note that if the background is not white, no border is needed.)

Also, looks like they've changed the size requirement back to 150K after all, so we don't need to worry about squeezing it into 40K.

Also note: these ads run only when they have received enough community upvotes. The sooner we get them posted, the sooner (and the more likely) that will happen.

On the border:

@mattdm Might consider when bringing it to your creative team, describe it as "It has to basically scream 'I AM A BOX' when put on a white background." Also to clarify - "partially white" would be situations like, the left half of the ad is solid, let's go with fuschia, but the right side is white, that'd require a border (probably of fuschia to match the left half). In other words, if you have white (or barely not-white) background at all touching the edge, that needs a border.

its hard to stay under 40KB, I had to remove the bitmap pattern Ryan used for the background. The workstation I did not get with png under 40, so I converted them to gif. The Atomic one is missing, but that is just replacing the Cloud logo with the Atomic one, when I got it from mizmo.

@Matt can I have an slogan for Atomic?

Or "Lightweight, immutable platform for running containerized applications."

aah ok, then I can set it back and make them png, the biggest was 148K.

second sounds good for me.

I spoke with mizmo, she said you should have the logo to, she has it not on her laptop and she is home.
