We need the banners for Fedora 19!
this is the ticket for the general f19 banner.

here are the two elements that are needed to update the banner for f19.
you will also need to update the css of the background-color to be #012643. https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/ticket/248 has an example of how we did this in the past.
here is an example of how it should look:

Could we have the background in the lighter jpg format instead of a png? I see that the png is rather slow when loading the site. Thank you ;)
