Issue #10: Can build end to end in production on the aarch64 OSBS cluster - osbs-project

Launch builds via Koji and ensure they complete for both x86_64 and aarch64 architectures.

We're attempting to launch builds via Koji.

So far hit issues with builds initiated on x86 cluster being unable to contact the aarch64 cluster, had to alter some networking rules.

Now possible to build containers/flatpaks in production for x86_64/aarch64 on OSBS
