New initiative: CoreOS & Multi-arch

What is this initiative about?

Will come back to this!

Why this initiative?

<Tell us about the benefits for Fedora, CentOS, FLOSS in general or CPE if that initiative is implemented>

Definition of success

What is the minimal outcome you would like to see from this initiative to be satisfied?

What are your nice or really nice to have wishes?

Area/community impacted

Will this initiative impact CentOS, Fedora? All users? All contributors? A group of contributors (which)?
For example an initiative could impact all the CentOS users or just the Fedora ambassadors, or both CentOS and Fedora Infrastructure teams, etc...

Dependencies

Do this initiative have any dependencies?
Skills needed?
Person who must or should be involved?
Other work that should be completed prior to this initiative?

Deadline

Is this initiative under a time-constraint? Should it start or end before a certain date?

- Issue set to the milestone: Fedora Infra Enhancements

This is related and should be taken into consideration for this initiative https://hackmd.io/Wr2W82taRpGhkBQwpGLrRA?view

Update on this, we now have a working aarch64 pipeline for FCOS. We are waiting to have a dedicated hardware (running in AWS for now).
For this initiative I think the ask is now to be able to move our orchestration pipeline from the centos-ci OCP4 cluster to the newly deployed fedora infra OCP cluster.

@dustymabe and @jlebon will have more details of what is needed in terms of namespaces, storage and permissions.
