With the upcoming changes on CentOS CI, we will need the initiative to help prioritize and structure the move to a cloud environment.
This is a task that will require time and availability of Infra & Releng engineers in order to investigate and implement the changes. It will also require us to support our tenants throughout the process.
What is the minimal outcome you would like to see from this initiative to be satisfied?
What are your nice or really nice to have wishes?
Will this initiative impact CentOS, Fedora? All users? All contributors? A group of contributors (which)? For example an initiative could impact all the CentOS users or just the Fedora ambassadors, or both CentOS and Fedora Infrastructure teams, etc...
All projects using CentOS CI at the moment.
Do this initiative have any dependencies? Skills needed? Person who must or should be involved? Other work that should be completed prior to this initiative?
Is this initiative under a time-constraint? Should it start or end before a certain date?
It has already started. Completion must not go over the end of Q1CY23.
