New initiative: CentOS CI and Duffy move to cloud

What is this initiative about?

With the upcoming changes on CentOS CI, we will need the initiative to help prioritize and structure the move to a cloud environment.

Why this initiative?

This is a task that will require time and availability of Infra & Releng engineers in order to investigate and implement the changes. It will also require us to support our tenants throughout the process.

Definition of success

What is the minimal outcome you would like to see from this initiative to be satisfied?

• Full changes required from the CPE team completed by the end of January 2023
• Duffy completely adapted to run on cloud environments by the end of January 2023
• New OpenShift deployment up and running by the end of January 2023
• Tenants performing a full migration of their environments by February 2023
• Disabling out of warranty hardware by the end of Q1CY23
