Since CPE isn't responsible for all of the services, it would be helpful to list the known ones and where to get help with them. This would (in theory) reduce the number of issues opened where the only action is to send the person in the right direction.
I thought of this when looking at Ryan's awesome concept for a new status.fp.o page.
For example:
File an issue in the infrastructure repo for most services, except:
