Some users in the #flatpak channel on freenode talked about using release-monitoring.org as a platform to check for new releases of projects that are packaged as flatpaks.
To make this happen there needs to be few changes done in the Anitya and the-new-hotness.
- add support for mapping project as a dependency for another project
- add support to create github issues using github API
The whole flow will then looks like this:
1. Anitya detects new version of package mapped as flathub flatpak or dependency for flathub flatpak and sends notification
2. the-new-hotness catches the notification and creates an issue on flathub/<package> github repository that will notify the user about new version
