The copr-builder should avoid using 'spectool' directly, and by default. The main "architecture" issue that it leads to importing of packages which can not be rebuilt easily with mock (copr is thin wrapper around mock).

Either please add support for 'spectool' into mock, or import into dist-git complete package (move the spectool usage to dist-git machine). This is follow up for https://pagure.io/copr/copr/issue/96
