#951 the build detail page could link to `builder-live.log*` file of concrete chroots

When the BuildChroot is running, the "State" field on /coprs/<user>/<project>/build/<id>/ could be actually link to backend - to live log. Similarly to what we did in #945, but nowadays for RPM builds (not source builds).
