#915 copr-rpmbuild: put list of host packages into some file

I'm debugging librepo issues on builders, and it's hard to tell whether the failed build had librepo 1.10.2 or librepo 1.10.5. Knowing the set of packages installed on host would be really nice (probably requires mock fix).
